Q : Why don't I have access to all the videos with my "Movie Fan" monthly subscription?

Access to the complete video library is an exclusive privilege for my most loyal supporters, including members with a 12-month consecutive subscription or those with an annual subscription. This policy is outlined in the terms of use for the Movie Fan tier, which you accepted upon subscribing.

Q : Why haven't I received my free video after making three purchases, or the rewards included in my annual subscription?

As the sole manager of Cockman Pictures, I handle all aspects of the Patreon page myself. This includes production, communication, promotion, and administration. Unfortunately, Patreon's platform does not allow for certain automations I would like to implement, such as different notifications for annual subscriptions or automatic messages after a certain number of purchases.

While I do my best to manage everything efficiently, it's possible for me to miss a notification. If this happens, please don't hesitate to contact me via private message. I will send your rewards to you with my sincerest apologies. Thank you for your understanding.

Q : Why is there only one video per month?

Producing a single complete content pack requires between 150 and 200 hours of work. This does not include the time dedicated to communication with subscribers, promotion, accounting, or the necessary rest periods essential for the long-term sustainability of the studio. Given these factors, producing more than one video per month is simply not feasible.

Q : I can't figure out how to access any content besides the teasers on here.

Q: I can't find your older videos.
A: Some of my older videos contained copyrighted music and I decided to take them down before having problems. They're unavailable for now.

Q : Does the game work on a Mac?
A : Unfortunately no.

Q : Your content doesn't work. It's crap!
A : I always double-check and test paid content on a laptop with a fresh install of the game. If I share it, it is working. Now, if you encounter bugs, first make sure you followed the installation instructions and my tutorials :
