What is planned for 2023?
Added 2023-01-02 16:30:35 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed creating the last game, and I'd like to continue experimenting with AI in my next project. The new game will be a bit larger and will involve photography. You will play as a spirit photographer, setting up ghost cameras in various locations to capture and sell pictures of these subjects. With the money you earn, you can purchase additional ghost cameras, upgrade them, and unlock new locations. The ghost cameras function like wildlife cameras and will automatically take pictures whenever they detect activity, up to one picture per in-game hour, until their memory is full.
There will be a variety of locations to explore, including forests, rivers, haunted houses, office spaces, public baths, and caves. Possible upgrades for the ghost cameras include increased memory capacity, higher detection rates, increased sensitivity, filters to remove low-value pictures, and the ability to automatically sell pictures. I'm still working out the details of how to handle the passage of time in the game, but I'm excited to see how everything comes together.
