God of Traps to Goddess of Milfs

No one was ever prepared for that coffin.  Picture suggestion that was chosen for the freestyle patreon stream.

Gwyndolin from Dark souls turning into his sister Gwynevere. Darauk my co-writer says that Gwyndolin was the only good oriented god, but I don't really buy that because of the whole Illusion thing.

But I can feel for the guy because he was the whipping boy of his family. They might consider this change a step up and take their sister's place as the princess of sunlight now.

What do you do you all think? Was Gwyndolin a decent person morally? Is this something they would like to happen to them?

yeah I wanted to do that too, but Darauk sold me on the whole turn into his hot sister path.

I'll be honest, I was hoping for a male to female/bimbo version of Gywndolin, without him turning into his sister, but this is okay too. Great job!

As a darkmoon I approve of this alternate universe where Gwyndolin isn't eaten alive.

Maybe, but there's plenty of humans with magic in the game. And a not-inconsiderable number of humanoid characters that apparently aren't actually human, like all the giants or the people of Izaleth that survived. And, you know, the age-old argument that humans *claim* to want to rule themselves, but really *want* something like the gods around. Not sure if I buy it myself, but... playing devil's advocate for a position I'm deeply ambivalent about here.

SpectralTime

From what I heard, the devs confirmed that the dark age would be an age without magic and ruled by humans, so basically our world. The whole "keep the fire going" only really benefits the gods, especially since they started the curse of undeath in order to make sure humans kept kindling the flame.

Also, he *clearly* had issues, so turning into his sister? Yeah, I can see him wanting that.

It's not like any of them were *evil*. It's Gottedammerung, and not the cool, cataclysmic war kind. The slow, depressing, heat-death of the universe kind. Best any of them *could* do is set themselves on fire forever. Gwyndolin is actively trying to get you to set yourself on fire forever. Is that defensible? Kinda! We don't know what the "Age of Dark" entails, or if it'd be better to have him around as a sorta "backup divinity." It *does* mean he's too chickenshit to do the job himself, but... who wouldn't be? Besides, apparently in the third game, we find out that he went out heroically trying to stop the giant god-eating monstrosity from getting any bigger, and his last thoughts were of his niece, alone in that painting forever now that he was gone. It's a good thought.

Sweet, merciful Gwyn... we need more of this... I emplore you.
