Hello !
I felt so proud of Dekku when he managed to deal with that villain by himself, and just because, like always, he wanted to defend someone who was weaker. That's why, when he met Aizawa into the forest after that, I was so mad at the teacher for not thinking about how amazing it was, what Dekku did, and he really just thought about the fact that Dekku broke the rules.
I said it on multiple occasions, the system in this universe is wrong. And clearly, if when one of your students is telling you that he had to fight a BIIIIG villain, it was a question of life and death, he managed to save a kid, and the only thing you're thinking about it's "yeah, but it's not okay, you broke the rules", it truly means your rules are shit. All of these villains are so interesting, and I was so proud of the students who manage to face them, but if Dark Shadow is becoming an issue now also… clearly not the good timing.

I really have issues with these rules, you know it. And yesterday, I watched new episodes and I went mad as hell. "If in a time where your/someone else's life is in danger, it's a question of life or death, you only think about if it's okay to break the rules, there is a big issue !!"

2023-09-05 07:05:31 +0000 UTCI think Aizawa understands that what Deku did was right, but that he was not going to directly praise him for it or acknowledge it because it will encourage his students to be more liberal with the use of their quirks. I feel that Aizawa needs to drill into his students' heads the importance of following the rules for their quirks, even if the use was justified, especially because they are going to be heroes. Because if they can justify the use of their quirks outside of the rules, then they'll be one bad day away from being a villain. Of course our heroes would never do that, especially Deku, but it makes sense for teachers and people in authority to be strict with the use of quirks, is all I'm saying. :)
