First, I'm sorry for the 95% of you who are nice and respectful, the beginning of this intro was not for you. But I think you can understand I was mad and I needed to clarify things about my spoilers policy. The start of this episode confused me : to have the Mist Hashira who doesn't remember about Nezuko, who is close to someone looking like Upper One and who is so mean with just a kid, pushing him so hardly to give him something he clearly doesn't want to give… I thought the guy was possessed or something like that !
Turned out that now, his attention issues are also memory issues, and he's just truly like that. Okay, he's a good fighter, the fact he's a descendant of that amazing wielder who used the sun breathing technique is interesting, but as a human being… I don't care about him at all. This doll brang a lot of answers : it's based on a fighter who lived 300 years ago and we had the confirmation it's the one Tanjiro saw in flashback, so the flashback is not about his dad but one of his ancestors. And he surely met the wielder before he became Upper One.

I will never understand the fun in spoiling things to someone, and even more here for reaction videos where the point is clearly to see someone being shocked/moved/scared/mad by a reveal or an action. For the spoiler in question, it's not something like "X dies". It was "X is THAT". !!!!! AVOID THE REST OF THE COMMENT IF YOU DIDN'T READ THE MANGA !!!!! Like I said in intro, for what I understood, it was about Upper One. And I really mean "for what I understood" because when I saw it was a spoiler, I blocked my mind, I erased the comment and that's all, so I think so. But, to be honest, after this episode, I'm wondering if it was really about Upper One in fact. To put the context : the main spoiler I had and I "remember" was by private messages on twitter. Like truly, on ytb, I'm being so careful, I'm on defensive mode each time. But private messages on twitter, if it's one of you guys I already talked to, I'm not like that at all. Shame on me, shame on that person. I won't blame him here more, and I think I won't read his messages anymore... It was "NAME is Tanjiro's ancestor" and, you know it, I have issues with names, so when I read the message, like for real, I didn't process the name at all, I skipped it, and I saw in 1s it was a spoiler, so I erased the message. And I can't even write it here, because really, I don't remember it. Because it looked so much like a spoiler, I was like "ok, it's surely Upper One" and it was going with one of the theories I said in the video. But now, after this episode, I don't know anymore, maybe it was the guy I thought who was Tanjiro's dad and the person wanted me to know he was an ancestor. No matter what, it was a spoiler. And the private message on twitter, just one sentence, to say that, something I clearly don't know already and you know with my videos I want to work on theories around that, and all... I'm still mad. And that person was not alone, I erased also a few comments on ytb, but these ones, I didn't have the time to "remember" them.

I also find it annoying when people "hint" to something or hype something that basically is still a spoiler. It's the same as confirming/denying/correcting reactors theories... Like it's a theory for a reason, if the theories are wrong they will find out naturally over time in future episodes. (Unless of course it's something forgotten/missed that has already happened on the show) I read manga already, but it just makes it more fun to observe someone experiencing it for their first time, since I can't myself. Hopefully whatever the spoiler was, either not that big or a fake one? At least not "X Dies" etc. But even the more minor ones are still annoying. Perhaps you should get a mod/editor or something to moderate comments before you read them like I think other channels do, just an idea.

But I'm wondering about was it before or after he became Upper One, like was it the Wielder or was it Upper One. Or maybe you understood me really well and you're just saying it's the second option 😅 I just wanted to repeat it again here, to clarify things. I think these two animes share the fact that we begin the story with kids, they are really "normal" ones. Tanjiro has to train a lot, like Dekku, we see them suffering and in pain, being humble, but they both want to prove they can be better. They have different reasons behind it, but they're both just sweet, nice with people 😊

I was so angry at them for a while. -_- THREE HUNDRED YEARS. OMG. That info was so spicy for me. I'll disagree with you though and I think the one that saved Tanjiro's ancestor was really Upper One. My theory is that he's probably like Akaza, in that he just wanted to keep getting stronger and stronger and stronger and realized the limitations of being human so he chose to become a demon so that he can get more power. I really like anime like Demon Slayer and My Hero Academia because unlike other anime in the same genre, the main character is starting from a place of weakness, so we get to see them get stronger and stronger as part of their journey and story. Looking forward to next week :)
