First, I misunderstood it during the episode but I talked about it in review : no, the Master is not Uzui's brother, but still this flashback is a mine of informations. We learn that he had the burnt mark on his face, like Tanjiro's dad. Maybe also a birth mark ? So what, he can use the Sun Breathing technique ? He is a member of Tanjiro's family, as a brother, as a cousin ? Or he (or his father) was a part of a group in which Tanjiro's dad was ? And the fact he has know all of his face burnt, maybe it's because he can't master this technique ? We saw Tanjiro having issues with that.

Before this episode, I was already worried for Uzui, but only because of what happened to Rengoku. At the end of the episode, I was just sure he would die : the guy couldn't fight that demon, he was poisoned and maybe he didn't have an antidote or if he had one, he would use it for one of our guys, because he made that promise to Rengoku to protect them no matter what…
