DRAWING WEEK 16 - AVATAR : THE LAST AIRBENDER

You know I had this graphic table for Christmas. Did you really think I was not gonna try to draw something for Avatar : The Last Airbender with it ? And when I'm thinking about one character I could/should do, you really think that it would be someone else than Iroh ? NEVER. Iroh, my love... you can't even know how much I think about that character, during multiple occasions. He clearly entered into my heart. Mostly because of his relationship with Zuko, but also for himself, for how fun he could be but also the emotions that he showed.
And that moment... It's Iroh, it's an homage to his son, it's that music, it's these tears, it's in Ba Sing Se, and my tears also were so sudden, because I thought it was only a compilation of funny stories, that this moment totally broke me... I love that moment now, because that little story shows everything I love in Iroh, how sweet he was with kids, supporting, but also how fun he could be, and he wanted a simple life, but he had also a lot of regrets, and pain. Iroh 🖤
