Discovering Liberio made me really sad. Because with these eldians soldiers coming back home, a city surrounded by walls, made me think a lot of the Survey Corps. Because we discovered Reiner's family and I was shocked by just the idea he has one. Because people inside are so manipulated to think they have to regain honor lost by their ancestors, to serve the Marleyans (that I named Marshalls during all of the video… so weird), that when Reiner said that story, they were just surprised to have him talking about our guys like humans. Nothing changed since Grisha left.
These young soldiers, they want to do good. Like Gaby who wants to have her family and friends being proud of her. Or like Falco who wants to help, everyone, really everyone. The fact that the boy wants this war to end is a good reminder that we have here eldians who are not fully brainwashed, but the fact he thinks that Reiner wants the same ? Not sure. But these police guys are listening to them… Like Zeke is hiding something ? Does he ?
