Mouse’s recent capture and devastating ticklish nightmare yielded a single clue: the location of Mad Dog McDougal. Now, in the dead of night, Joey has tracked this mysterious TICKLE THUG to an old warehouse out near the harbor.

And they ain’t alone out there.

A new villain has stepped out of the shadows. A VILLAIN….who might be the mastermind of this whole muddled MYSTERY. And she has her own PUNISHMENT in mind. Mad Dog and her accomplice, Jenny the Squid are on their knees quaking in genuine terror.

Whoever this mystery woman is…she is bad news with a capital everything.

One of them is going to have to pay a very TICKLISH PRICE. And too bad for the Squid…she ain’t slippery enough to wiggle her way out of this one. Poor Jenny is subjected to the most SINISTER TICKLE TORTURE ever, as the mystery woman reveals her diabolical skills and Mad Dog satisfies her foaming fetish for feathering feminine feet!

Meanwhile Joey looks on from the darkness above, desperately trying to catch a picture of this enigmatic new suspect, and dangerously unaware of the ticklish threat that is approaching her with a fiendish plan of their own!
