A small side room with opulent cushions pilled against the far wall. A massive barbarian is loudly having sex with a pretty young woman. Nothing untoward appears to be happening to him. On the contrary, he looks to be enjoying himself. Both are so engrossed they don't notice the player is there.
This is to reinforce the appearance that this is a regular whorehouse.
Once this is more fleshed out the player might have the opportunity to intervene, which results in the barbarian easily beating him to a pulp. The barbarian might be a character that shows up again later as an NPC.

Barbarian like Conan. I love the old pulp era. One of my short stories even features an obvious Conan expy (things don't go too well for him). Inspiration for this might be more Fighting Fantasy's Deathtrap Dungeon. That had an archetypical barbarian as one of the other NPCs also trying to get through the Dungeon. I'll probably do a similar thing here of having various NPCs with their own agendas appear in and out of the story.
