Update 11th Apr '21
Added 2021-04-11 22:33:24 +0000 UTCA quietish week. I had to take a couple of days off to do some IRL house maintenance things.
The Handsome Barman is now fully implemented. Or rather, the bits that needed implementing at this present time are implemented. My plan is for him to be the player's main advisor in the House. For now that advice is to point the player in the direction of the various NPCs. I'll be adding more later as needed.
That also means the last of the core game loop passages is now fleshed out.
I also tweaked the Elegant Woman's introduction passages to fit.
There are still a few minor things I need to tweak and fix. I'll be doing that while I'm waiting for the new harlot scenarios to catch up.
Writing new harlot scenarios is still a little slower than I'd like. I had a strong scenario idea for the leech-tongue succubus from one of my H-space bestiary stories, and the 1st draft for that is moving along.
I'm still hoping to get 4 new harlot scenarios done this month, but with the NPC Barman sections hanging over from March and a slowish start to the month it might be tight. I'll see if I can find a couple of simpler ideas to go along with the leech-tongue succubus and Sammy.

Yep. I'll be trying to cover as many different trigger conditions as possible. There are a couple already that are round dependent. At the moment there isn't any tiering of the succubi. As I add more harlots, I'll start constraining the rounds they appear so that the 'soft ball' ones show up in the early rounds and the more dangerous ones (ie Arana and Sorpresa) appear later. Morticia will still show up whenever she pleases. I might balance her out with a safe-zone succubus for later. Repeat visits on new harlots are suspended for the moment. They're a bit fiddly and time-consuming to write and currently don't add much. I'm planning to go back later and rethink them as side quests for some of the harlots where the player unlocks other scenes. For now I just want to concentrate on increasing the raw harlot count.

2021-04-18 22:47:23 +0000 UTCJust some feedback after a few playthroughs and some ideas for future characters. Panta and Calliophi serve as valuable introductory characters and as useful rest-stop characters later in the game if you need to expend a turn and know the other succubi will kill you. However, they do seem to be a tad predictable based off the intro dialogue. With that in mind , have you considered adding a succubi that pretends to be uninterested in killing the player but then proceeds to one-shot them as soon as they pick her a la Vete? It would add a certain element of paranoia to the game, and if you really want to start messing with people's heads, you could do the reverse. You could have an initially off putting succubi like Morticia Rose and if the player chooses her have her be completely harmless due to "scaring off the unworthy" or something like that.

I could probably come up with decent scripts to explain how the succubus is there, but for visual 3D clips, I think people would go straight to sex scene anyway, so it probably isn't necessary unless someone wants to make a short horror film that has a little more than just the sex clip. If people want to be a little more adventurous - I'm sure I can toss a few ideas for scenes in their direction - I don't think they'd stay up very long though! :D Just looked Dezmall up. I have seen his work. The daemon girl clip is really really nice. If I had Subverse-level funding (ie. a couple of million dollars), I'd love to make something that had that quality of animation in it. Not possible at the moment, but maybe if HoHH works out really well and there's enough interest to go to a more advanced project. I suspect a lot of people are following how Subverse is doing. I'd love to see more devs go for big budget H-games with lush graphics and voice acting.

DEZMALL is a great creator in this area. I suppose it would be quite interesting to see his art in a 3D film with the plot of his excellent stories.
