Update 4th Apr '21

Updates after a release are always fairly easy.  This week I put ver 0.017 of House of Hellish Harlots out.  You can find it in the previous post.

After that I spent the rest of the week doing the usual post-release organising of my dev files to make sure everything is up to date.  The one feature I didn't finish in time for v0.017 was the NPC Barman.  Over the weekend I finished typing up his passages and editing them.  They seem more in line with what I want now, so I'll implement them next week and that will leave the rest of the month free for writing new harlot scenarios.

As for new harlot scenarios, I'm aiming to get 4 done at the minimum.  That will replace the remaining placeholders.  As for which scenarios, that's still up in the air.  Kanna bi Grafolita was the last of the finished scenarios I had stored up.  I don't know whether I'll be looking to write a bunch of rough scenarios and pick four of them, or just to concentrate on four specific scenarios.  One idea is 'locked' because of who she is and what her id number is, but the rest are pretty open.  I'll keep my options open and see how the next couple of weeks go.  If I had to guess, I'll probably be concentrating on four specific ideas to make sure all the placeholders are replaced.  Next month I'll have a bit more freedom and might use that to build up a bank of harlot scenarios again and let patrons choose the implementation order.

As for ideas, I'll talk a little about Kanna bi Grafolita.  I wanted her to be a little different to my regular very-dominant succubi, just so the harlots have different characters.  After writing her, I remembered Kenkou Cross had been using Alice in Wonderland for his recent batch of MGE monster girls.  I checked to see what he'd done for the hookah caterpillar girl, and then wished I'd made mine like that!  I'm glad I left Kanna as she is, but I did have an idea for a scenario more influenced by KC's Wonderworm, which would be more in line with my regular voluptuous and deadly monster girls.  That might be something I work on (maybe also with a link to Kanna).

I am also conscious that I've been adding a lot of 'oddball' monster girl harlots with recent releases, so I might try to balance that out with some 'regular' succubi.

Anyway, I'll see how it goes in the next couple of weeks.
