House of Hellish Harlots - Working on Madam NPC and 2 scenarios

Normally I don't like doing updates without releases, but given my unfortunate habit of sometimes fading out of existence, I thought I'd try to put out more regular posts to keep people up to date of where I'm at, especially as I'm still fired up on this. (I might hit icebergs later, but currently I'm very happy with how things appear to be slotting into place.)
Currently I'm in the middle of working on the Madam NPC and two scenarios.
First scenario is a proto-succubus "leech" woman (in the sense that she gives a very good suck, rather than the other, squishier, elements). That got a little out of hand and I'm hoping it'll clean up as I'm typing it up. I want to keep the basic scenarios to around 3K words, which means avoiding the temptation to make each more complex than the last. This is about halfway through the typing up phase.
The second is a spider girl similar to the ones in Camel's vore games. She's a little more straightforward (and more aggressive at funneling the player to a 'pleasant' Bad End). I'm currently about halfway through writing her scenes.
The other thing I'm working on is the Madam NPC. Each of the NPCs has certain roles.
The main role I had planned for the Madam (after she's done the introductory parts) is as a source of [mulligan tokens]. I don't have a fancy name for these yet, but their purpose will be to allow the player to 're-roll' the three harlots they have to pick from. Some of the harlots will be pretty lethal, requiring specific conditions to survive the player might not have met yet. The [mulligan token] gives the player a way of escaping when unlucky RNG throws up three unsurvivable harlots as their choices.
I'm also thinking of using the Madam as a place where the player might access a 'gallery mode' to go direct to their favourite harlot. This particular feature will likely be a long long way off at the moment (to be implemented after I've done most of the game).
I was planning to put the NPC segments in as skeletons and then fill in the text and dialogue later. This didn't go so well with the Madam, so I ended up treating her like a scenario and wrote up her pieces first. That has been done and typed up, so I'm at the implementation phase for her.
Writing her segments also gave me an idea for another role she could fulfill. There will be a 'Gossip' NPC character the player can consult for hints on how to survive/get the best experience from each harlot. Another source of info could be to meet the harlot beforehand for a drink in order to get to know her better (which in turn could also open up more hidden trigger conditions to determine whether the player gets a Bad End or not). The Madam will be the NPC the player goes to in order to arrange that.
I want to avoid trickling the new harlots out one-by-one, so these are the things I want to have in place for the next demo release:
- Player personality attributes (shy, confident, etc)
- Setting player attitude on entering room (dominant, submissive, talkative, reserved, etc)
- NPC Madam (mulligan token and harlot socialising functionality only)
- NPC Gossip
- 4 to 6 new harlot scenarios.

Okay thanks, yeah I've seen Echidna wars, but not the others, I just didn't know who made that game. Looking forward to your spider girl then.

He's more straight vore and ryona-ing female protags, so his games are about half sexy monster girls and half frogs and tentacle monsters. The sexy monster girls are pretty nice. Even though they tend to be more interested in swallowing things whole, they do it in a smexy way.

It will be a while before I get to that point though. I want all the NPCs in and a good chunk of Harlot Scenarios (maybe 20 or so) done first.
