Update on Carnivorous Plant Girl story

Okay, not going to lie. This ended up being a right royal pain to write up. When I offered up protagonist naming rights back in, ugh, that far, I had the first draft mostly done. Typing up the second draft is usually the straightforward part for me. And then, for this one, it wasn't...

Not sure what went wrong. I suspect my first draft was probably worse than I realised. Then once it went beyond the time I thought I'd have it done in, really slow productivity took over. I probably made it worse by trying to push it. In future I won't put stories up for naming rights (or even mention I'm working on them!) until they're at this point - 2nd draft complete. That will give me the freedom to put the story aside and work on something else (which I did eventually end up doing with the House of Hellish Harlots CYOA) if work isn't flowing particularly smoothly for whatever reason.

Anyway, this story is now typed up. It's 8,200 words and has the provisional title of "The Banquet of the Queen of the Goblins". My plan is to leave it on the side for a couple of days, then go back and do the final edits. Hopefully, it will be ready for patrons to read over the weekend. Mad Hamish, I haven't forgotten about you. Your namesake will meet his rather delicious end.

Once again, thanks for all your support and patience. I appreciate I'm still all over the place in terms of producing new content. Not sure when this will end, but I will continue to try and get as many new sexy stories and CYOAs out as I can.
