Patron Credit Roll: Opt in/Opt out?

I'm not far from release. This will be the first thing I've put out since starting up the Patreon. I'm still fairly new at this, but I know creators usually to add a list of patrons to their work's credits as a thank you. I would like to do the same.
However...
My work is of an adult nature. It's also of a weird sexual nature. Because of this I'm acutely conscious of the need to protect people's IRL identities (mine, yours) at all times. This means I don't want to accidentally cause someone grief or embarrassment by associating their online handle with work featuring hardcore succubus smut! :)
Options here are:
- No credit list. Just a generic "Thank you to my patrons."
- Opt-in. I only put names on the credit roll that give me permission to put their name on the credit roll.
- Opt-out. I put out a post giving everyone the option to opt-out in the comments and then list everyone else in the credits.
I was originally leaning towards Opt-out, as it felt like the easiest option, but I thought I'd throw this up first to make sure I wasn't making any bad assumptions.
Anyway, it's possible I'm being too cautious. Let me know below, so I can gauge which option won't send the majority of my patrons screaming for the hills. :)

Savest option is properly generic, though as I use this handle only on this site I do not mind either Opt-In nor Opt-Out.

2018-09-20 15:45:02 +0000 UTCI like the opt-in option, but anything works for me because I didn't use my name for patreon. As a bonus if there is a credit, if someone I know calls me out on liking your stuff, I can ask them how they know and watch them squirm.
