Tier upgrades

I just updated the pledge tiers to accurately reflect the newest changes I've made to the tiers. What's changed recently?
- On $10+ tiers, a free ad removal perk! This will remove ads if you are logged into ehentai. This will also remove ads on mobile!
- On $20 tier, a free monthly pick of any untranslated work! Each month, you can send me a link to an untranslated work (max 50 pages). Pick from my Planning list if you don't have anything in mind!
I have also updated the payment to charge up-front for new patrons. This will not affect existing patrons in any way.
