Haven't had the time to watch most of those yet, The only one I'm familiar with is Solo Leveling. I do think they'd actually enjoy Dungeon Meshi, although it does start a bit slower than you'd expect. It'll only be two seasons, the manga is finished and they already covered half of it in the first season.
