i don't know if you already knew this but armament haki is actually invisible that's why you couldn't see it pre timeskip the animation studio (toei animation) made it so you know wich character is using haki and that's why doflamingo was laughing at luffys gear fourth because he just looked like a fat man (luffy is bulking).

He feels overwhelming guilt for what he sees as betrayals: rejecting Luffy, siding with his family and Big Mom, and failing to protect those who cared for him. He was the one who supported Zoro in Water 7, even opposing his beloved Nami when Usopp wanted to return, as if he deserved the same harsh judgment. Yet much of his behavior was forced — the result of blackmail and coercion. Having convinced himself that it’s too late to make amends, Sanji contemplates sacrificing himself and withdraws in shame, believing he has no right to come back. I feel sympathy for him, but I’m also frustrated and angry at how his low self-esteem drives him to hurt himself and push away the people who love him. Poor Sanji ToT
