2025-07-31 00:52:02 +0000 UTCYou guys see it now, S2 is more powerful than S1. But that impact it has on you was built on everything we experienced with Thorfinn & Canute throughout S1. Their character development taking opposite directions is brilliant, especially considering they have a shared dream of a world of freedom. How those characters define freedom based on their personal experiences & how that reflects in their actions presented side by side—it’s masterful writing! Both are challenging their morals, Thorfinn swearing to never use violence again while Canute now views killing as a necessary means to achieve his idea of a peaceful world.
