I had seen many interpretations of Mega Gardevoir's new dual chest-spikes, this is the first time I had seen people reason them as their own chest-cover. It works too well! Her expression and dignified manner seem a lot like a dark queen! this also works too well. After all her dress seems almost like a pitch-black wedding gown, and she can read your thoughts. Why wouldn't she act like an empress? She's gotten very powerful!
