You can easily spot the ones he produced from the title, which always includes the word "Film". You can absolutely skip movie 8 & 9 and go straight to movie 10. This is actually the best time to watch it, before the end of Impel Down. Just to recap the order of the movies and Oda's involvement in them, Oda is creative producer in: Movie 10 - One Piece Film: Strong World; (Movie 11 is more of a short rather than a movie and you can definitely skip it). He is executive producer in: Movie 12 - One Piece Film Z; Movie 13 - One Piece Film: Gold; Movie 15 - One Piece Film: Red. Whilst he was creative supervisor for: Movie 14 - One Piece: Stampede.
