After Hilda was a baby but before she moved to Trollberg. At that time Johanna wore a ponytail and looked very happy. And Hilda had short hair at that time. It looked so cute! I didn't expect it to match her so well. There's always some discourse about what a tomboy is, but to me Hilda is a classic tomboy like in old books. A woman who wears skirts and behaves like a fine lady, but is strong and active. The short hair works for this, she looks dependable and ready for adventure
