Uploader Capacity

After one month of submissions, my uploader was used about 50%. This allows for a minimum of two months' worth of logs to be stored. On the other hands, there is also a limit on the amount of file transfer transaction. If you are unable to download because of transaction limitations, please let me know. I will take care of that issue as soon as possible.
