Once I complete the outfits menu, I'll start working on Noctis Umbra chapter 2, so I can release it before the end of this month! =)

P.s: A summer release for Ultimate Avatar Creator seems to be a done deal! It's definitely going to be released earlier than I thought!

It makes me feel sooo fired up to keep creating! :) Noctis Umbra won't really have a "Cardinal Cross" complexity in terms of grey morality, because I need a break from "Beyond Good and Evil" just for a short while. Both Oathbreaker and Noctis Umbra are going to be slightly lighter, but there will always be questionable morality at least of some of the main characters in both games. Not to say there won't be darker moments. Both games are going to have ups and downs. ;) I'm really enjoying this online VN format too! I could do this forever! I am learning so much. In time, I'll add more point and click elements to games making them slightly more adventure-y. I'm just testing the water now, and it has SO much potential. Really love my job sometimes haha! :P

Noctis Umbra chapters are slightly shorter than Oathbreaker's, and it mostly follows the viewpoint of the MC, so it's not always possible to show many angles of the whole story. But I will definitely add more bonding/group dynamics in the coming chapters! ❤️

I'd love to see additional character interactions and world building outside of exposition - seeing interactions that get to know the characters relationships with each other as the story and choices being made progress would be super interesting and add a lot more to the world.

I also managed to save enough so the patronnage won't block like the previous months, so I'm happy everything went smoothly this time ^^ even as a money-struggling student, I feel like it's important to support artists I care for - I am very proud to put my money into your créations! I wish I could do more tbh, but anyways……..Patron-Eaden pretty much summarized what I also want for the next chapter of Noctis Umbra. I was honestly already really on edge when we had to "pick a side" in the game, so I hope this conflict will continue all along! It's really intresting to see different sides and perspectives, like in Cardinal Cross. I'm like that the protagonists aren't always the typical good guys and also have their "dirty laundry": i like that nothing is black and white but multiple variations of gray and you let the player choose which shade suits them the most, no matter where it might end. Picking all the "order" choices in Cardinal Cross didn't lead to a perfect ending, and I loved that about the game! It feels like Noctis Umbra might also follow this philosophy so I'm looking forward to it. Also, I hope you'll set a trend within the online gaming industry because episodic visual novels might just become my favorite thing ever! I wish there were more to play around (yours are keeping me sustained just fine though, lol). I can't wait to know more about the world of Noctis Umbra, I want to open a wiki fanpage about the game once the first season is completed ^^ I am obsessed lol. Thank you for your work once again!!

2019-05-05 06:25:10 +0000 UTCRegarding Noctis Umbra: I'd love to see more interactions between the members, not just Mara one-on-one with someone, but Val and Keelan's friendship, sibling fights between Tae and Ae-Ri, etc. to give us a feel how the individual dynamics between them work. Bonding time. <3 Also, more backstories on the characters, though I don't mind them being slowly revealed in layers, as we progress further in the game. Fleshing out the motivations - you already do a good job, but I'd like to see more on the "enemy" side e.g. the Ascendency. Make it so the reader understands their point, where they're coming from, make it hard for us to hate them. Bonus: Please don't throw baby Luca under the bus. <3

I think I'm gonna enjoy myself a lot with it :) a question: will there be a hand menu where you can have the character hold different things (like in the mega fantasy avatar creator)?
