Quick Update – Head Down, Full Speed Ahead

Not much to update on the past week or two because I’m fully locked in on finishing Book 1 as fast as I can—without sacrificing quality. The final stretch is here, and I’m pushing hard to get it done.
Cover Update
I met with the cover artist, and they had some seriously awesome ideas. I can’t wait to see how it turns out. It should be ready by early April, and as promised, I’ll be sharing it here first before it goes anywhere else.
There's a solid chance I'll post the cover for feedback during the development process here so keep an eye out for a poll.
Double Chapter Wednesdays & Formatting Tweaks
I hope the double chapter releases on Wednesdays are working well for you! Patreon formatting can be a bit finnicky, so if anything looks off, let me know, and I’ll get it fixed.
Royal Road Reviews – A Small Ask
If you’ve been enjoying the story, I’d love to see two more reviews on Royal Road before the end of Book 1! I totally get that most people wait until the end of an arc, but the early chapters are still a struggle for new readers. I desperately want to rewrite them, but until I finish this book, having more reviews calling out that the story improves would really help with discovery. Assuming you feel that way, of course.
I’m not the type to throw out "bonus chapter" incentives (especially since I’ve already promised a set timeline), so consider this more of a simple ask—if you’ve got thoughts to share, I’d really appreciate it. Some ideas for how to get you more engaged are on my list, though, so more to come.
