2018-12-19 23:10:34 +0000 UTCYou need to use a program such as 7-Zip, found here: <a href="https://www.7-zip.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.7-zip.org/</a> Then you open the .rar inside 7-Zip and extract the files from it. Inside should be the .package file you place in your mods folder.
