Issue with download links in some browsers (fixed)

tl;dr: A lot of previous dropbox links are working wonky in some browsers, If you're getting a 400 or 401 error when clicking a link in my reward messages you have to delete the part of the url that says "&dl=0". Good news is I figured out how to fix that from now on, so next week it (hopefully) shouldn't be an issue anymore.
Optional long version of the story:
About a year back dropbox changed the generated link format for their files and made them a bit longer adding an "rlkey" at the end (idk what that means or why they did that), it made so the short links they used to generate now require you to have dropbox to access the files. I of course don't want everyone to be forced to install dropbox in order to access their rewards so I go with the longer rlkey link format that just generates a download link everyone can click. Problem is that url format has a pesky little "&" near the end and that thing gets transformed into "&dl=0" when the url is converted into a link by the patreon message system, which breaks it in some browsers and returns a 400 or 401 error. Anyway to fix that just delete the whole "&/dl=0" part at the end of the link.
The way I'm fixing it is by just not adding the & in the link. Apparently the &dl=0 part of the url is completely useless and just there to give me a headache lol
