Bonus Chapter!
Why a bonus chapter when I just reduced my posting schedule to catch up my backlog? Well, because I just hit my milestone goal for my first year as a writer. On September 1st, 2022, I lost my job. I had a nice long Labor day weekend, and then I started writing full time. As of a few minutes ago, I just wrote my millionth word (it was the word "three"). I even had a few weeks to spare. I made about $34,000 in my first year, so while I wouldn't say that I'm doing fantastic in terms of stable income, I do think that's a pretty damn good start to a full time writing career. Thank you to everybody who's supported me on Patreon (too many to list here), to the other authors who've given me shout outs and advice to help me along (Quill, RavensDagger, C_Mantis, J.M. Clarke, and many other smaller authors I've done shout out swaps with), and to the folks at Podium who thought my stories were good enough to publish.
