I’m about to head into work but wanted to make a post for you all first :) Above is the art of our recent dragon mommy along with some previews of this upcoming week’s characters. Shh…don’t tell anyone what the YouTube one is going to be lol :P The sketch is next Friday’s Patreon character. Despite being cats you all seem to really enjoy canines haha!
Since the dragon audio was a little on the sad/emotional side I thought it would be fitting to give you an equally emotional song, at least for me lol. I’ve mentioned it before but I’ve been listening to Hollywood Undead for a long time now, a couple of years before I moved out to California. The entire time I lived out there I continued to listen to them and even met Danny working at Hot Topic! With that said and with all the changes this year, their recent song got me a bit emotional :’)

You'd definitely have to have the right crowd though. Wouldn't want any older folks or more prudish types dying of shock 😆

I’m also happy to know you enjoy my more darker stories too, that makes me happy since I like stuff like that :D I’ve never played BO before but I’m sure it’s fun! Even though I’m terrible at FPS games they are still enjoyable, especially if you’re playing with others :) I still need to try Helluva Boss and Hasbin Hotel. Every song you or others have recommended has been catchy! ✨

I remember meeting someone on one of those barter/pawn shop shows too a few years back working in the mall. I can’t remember what his name was but I didn’t even know who it was until a coworker told me after haha! 😆 Mr. Kitty has a lot of good songs for sure! You hit the nail on the head calling them the tsunderes of the dog world lol 😂 Naked Trees was a chill song! I enjoyed the vibe and it definitely reminded me of some good music that came out around that 2010’s time. Thanks for the recommendation Moy! :)

I think working the weekdays here are more busy so weekend work is a little more lax at least. It’s been so long that I don’t even remember how I discovered Hollywood Undead. It may have been on MySpace funny enough. As for “A Little Piece of Heave” I absolutely LOVE that song and video! :D I get you on the introducing it to other people though lol. Look, I’m just saying, would it not make a killer wedding song? Seriously, imagine a husband and wife setting up a whole dance and everything. That’s one wedding I’d love to attend!

I can only recall one or two that were shy and sweet rather than a murderous little ball of rage 😂 I’m glad you enjoyed the song! It always makes me happy when I can introduce music to people ❤️ As for the Trophy song- damn, that was so good! I had never heard this band until now and I really liked his singing. The chorus of that song really got me; absolute banger ✨

And if still have my autographed photo of them AND my tour shirt that still is really baggy on me because my dad got me an adult large as a child lol

As for the Chihuahua, I thought what she is the roleplay would be fitting haha! I don’t want to spoil it just yet but I hope you all like it :P I love Don’t Fear the Reaper, what a classic song! Very cool that you got to meet them when you were younger too :D

Sure it sounded like it was an escape attempt, but it felt so devastating to hear a short Alchemist Mommy take one of their subjects to feed them to something else alive. Been having a good weekend so far, been cleaning a new house my father bought, celebrated a birthday today(yesterday technically while I'm typing this), and I've been playing the new Black Ops 6. And just to let you know, I don't play BO6 to play BO6, I play BO6 so I can play as a Mangler(and my god is it ever fun to play as a walking brute for 45 seconds). For today's song recommendation, I'm going with one I heard when I was In band during Covid times. While I was watching the chearleaders do their dance routines and such, a song that played had a really good beat and I couldn't get over that sound. Bla Bla Bla by Armin Van Buuren. Another fun thing about it is that there's also a remix of it that is involved with Helluva Boss which is also good too. Bla Bla Bla (I.M.P's song) from the youtube channel KittenWispy

Funny you mention Hollywood undead I listened to them so much in high school and I also met one of the band members I can't remember their name but he was buying groceries at my job and I was like wait hold up 🤯 i didn't make it a big deal though I was like it's cool I know your just trying to get your groceries (theres alot celebrities/famous people who shop at my job) Oh man emotional songs have to be my bread and butter lol I swear I've got so many in my playlist 😅 one of my favorite artist Mr.kitty released 2 new albums and man I love it the the 2 I recommend from the new album are "leave everything" and "Martyr" He has alot of really good sounds so I highly recommend you check out this other songs

It looked really happy but then it wanted to murder us, classic chihuahua. I never really listened to them often but I think I've enjoyed every Hollywood Undead song I've ever heard. It's extra punishing because everyone is out doing fun stuff. I hope it at least went by quickly. Wow, I haven't heard that name in a long time. I was never what I'd consider a regular listener. Mostly just heard the stuff that got radio play like Everywhere I Go and Undead. This definitely has a more serious vibe and message. I can appreciate that. My rec this week is probably one of my favorite guilty pleasure songs: A Little Piece of Heaven by Avenged Sevenfold. I'm confident you've heard this, but it's worth another listen if it's been awhile. Why would they make a song about necrophilia such a fucking banger? It's so hard to bring myself to introduce people to it sometimes xD

Loved the song, Johnny’s bars really struck a chord with me the most. Especially the lines “pulled back from the brink, got back to my feet why” and “I don’t know, maybe I deserve this, but now I know that my pain isn’t worthless” The whole vibe of getting back up again and not knowing why, but ultimately feeling like the struggle meant something really speaks to me. My song rec is not as emotional but i think it has a good sound lol, “Trophy” by THE HARA

Sounds small and feisty, and adorable, can't wait, and as you know I've got a chihuahua mix, thankfully he's a very well behaved good boy. Also for a second though, since i just woke up, I thought we were getting a chihuahua werewolf :P Oh, I actuality know of this band! Pretty awesome that you met Danny!!! I did manage to meet Blue Oyster Cult once when I was around 10-11, was shortly after moving to WA, and my dad was still looking for a permanent job and house, so he was a hotel manager of one of the hotels they stayed at when they were on tour in 2004. So that's my recommendation, some '70s rock, Blue Oyster Cult: either Godzilla or Don't Fear the Reaper
