Whatever it is you're doing I hope you're enjoying yourself and having a good time :) I plan on doing my usual drawing and recording while also attempting to paint my nails for the card opening video at some point lol. I lack any sort of finesse when it comes to that. I also wash them too much to really enjoy them for long ; A ;
I recently binged all the episodes of Mashle: Magic and Muscles and it's quickly become one of my favorite animes! As such, my song recommendation this week is the season two opening. PLEASE watch the opening video to it, the MC dancing to it makes me chuckle every time xD

I do! In fact, I remember once Skelly mentioning My Chemical Romance in an old QOTW about music. Don't know why I didn't say it at the time, but my older brother (who introduced me to both guitar playing and MCR) he and I used to always play "Famous Last Words" together on our guitars - he would play Ray's part & I would play Frank's part. Good times :)

I believe in one of the volumes they also acknowledge it, but I'm not sure if it's the first one. That's why it's kinda neat that they were able to use the song for the anime. It really came full circle. I actually have also never played Bayonetta, the genre it's in is one that I am not very good at lol. I still have a huge appreciation for it though due to watching some of my streamers play all the games. And I also really love the music from it. I did do pulls for Cloud Retainer! And also got her too. Although it's not too surprising since I haven't really tried to get any characters in a bit so I had a bunch of draws saved up.

I've thought about that before and I think Beastars may have talked about it too which was pretty funny xD I'm not sure I've heard about the connection of Creepy Nuts and Call of Night- I'm going to need to look into that! I only have volume one of that manga so far, so this reminds me to get volume 2 the next time I manga shop lol. I never played Bayonetta but always thought she was really good looking. I can see why people are comparing Cloud Retainer to her, kinda has a similar vibe. The song was very good too! If you pull on Cloud Retainer, you'll need to play the song while running around with her haha!

That's so awesome! I know I've said this to a couple of people here, but I think it's super awesome to know how to play an instrument. I never took the time to learn so it's really cool to know people who do :)

I listened to both songs and they were both very enjoyable- really liked the videos too! ^_^ I loved the girls in the Berzerkermode video, I can only hope to be that stronk one day lol. Very cool that you can speak German, I've always wanted to learn that language. The history has always been really interesting to me, so I find stuff like that very neat :)

Red dresses are very pretty, especially on a girl with animal ears hehe :P When I first did a pack opening, I remember thinking how loud the packaging was, so I opted to use scissors instead. We'll see, I'm going to be recording tonight so hopefully no issues lol. Here's hoping to some cool shinies! :)

I can not even imagine the nightmare it would be to line it up in the first place. For the song, I have actually heard it before and it is very good. I hadn't seen the actual opening video till now though and it's very funny! I have been a huge fan of Creepy Nuts though since I heard the story of how Call of the Night (Manga) was made. For my recommendation, I'm gonna go with Moon River (Climax Mix) from Bayonetta 2. It's a cover for an old song, but I think it sounds really good. Also with the release of Cloud Retainer in Genshin, there was a lot of people that compared her to Bayonetta so the songs got stuck in my head all this week lol. That's where this recommendation came from.

Otherwise, this is no ordinary party and I'm jealous of whoever has a backyard this gorgeous. Truly a remarkable sight! Haha, that anime intro was rather amusing XD I actually tried looking to see if there is a song I like that's also an intro/opening for a show or film, but I can't find any. ๐คทโโ๏ธ However, I always thought 'Take Me Out' by Franz Ferdinand sounds like it could be an opening to something. And, bit of background; I used to play this on guitar start to finish and I remembered all the words. Those days have passed, but I still really enjoy the song. Also, it just recently turned 20 years old. ๐

2024-02-04 01:18:15 +0000 UTCThis anime was already on my long list of still to watch anime after seeing a few clips and friends mention it, but that op just bumped it up, just because of how funny it was. I normally only watch the ops/ends a few times just for conveniences sake, but that one may be worth watching every time ๐. My suggestions for you this week are two songs that I personally find quite funny, not sure about everyone else though. First is 'Kaufmann und Maid' by a coalition of German bands, including the band for my second recommendation 'Berzerkermode' by Feuerschwanz. I honestly couldn't decide what to recommend by Feuerschwanz, because I have a few songs I enjoy by them, but I was considering this one, and because your recommendation gave me a chuckle, I decided to chuck in this one with K&M, which means I've wasted a song recommendation for the future now I think about it, darn!!! Also in case it's not obvious, I enjoy my Nordic/German metal bands, I can speak enough German to understand most of what the songs cover (perhaps more in K&M since Berzerker is mostly English lol)

2024-02-04 01:03:07 +0000 UTCGod this artwork is absolutely amazing. It has that feel of like Ada Wong from the 2023 Resident Evil 4 game, yet it more resembles her from the 2nd game. That or I just have a love for red dresses clothing, but this one just absolutely sped up my heart rate. Also, hopefully for the card opening you can open the cards easily instead of use scissors like last time and probably not break a fingernail in the process too. (Kinda wish it would fit frame perfect so I could have it as a background, even if that sounds weird to say.)
