Roleplay poll 30 & QOTW!

For next Friday I thought it would be fun if I did a pet roleplay, so let me know what kind of pet you want. Obviously, there's only one right answer here (duh!) but I'll be nice enough to let you pick anyway :P
The question this week is this: Do you have a pet and if so tell me how cute they are! Some of you have already told me about your pet but I don't care, tell me how cute they are again! ^_^
I don't have any pets at the moment, but I've always had cats (shocker, I know!) lol. My recent furbaby was a cute Siamese who stole my heart. He lived a long life and I will always remember how talkative and clingy he was. I couldn't even go to the bathroom without him coming with me xD I named him Rocco from a certain movie- my sense of humor is terrible, I know lol.

Oh she had the looks too, big ears, slender frame, the only thing that didn’t look Siamese was the fur, which was mostly gray with a white muzzle, leg, paws, and tail tip. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was mostly a mix of Siamese and Russian Blue

To be fair Siamese cats are often described as being dog-like and I can confirm that is true lol xD Oh my gosh, German dachshunds are wiener dogs- I'm sure Charlie was such a cutie! I'm sorry to hear about his mobility issues. 12 years is a long time for dogs so I'm happy to hear he lived a good long life.

Don't think I'll let that one slip by lol xD Garfield sounded like the perfect cat- loves you one minute and ignores you the next haha! It's what makes cats so lovable :P I also can understand how you felt after he passed. I think that's why I'm having a bit of a tough time getting another cat. I love cats but Rocco was my little buddy for such a long time. It sounds like Garfield lived a good life with you though so I'm sure he was a very happy kitty :)

Some I'm happy to be away from but others I would love to see more! I do remember you telling me about Kenya, she sounds adorable! Did she have any physical looks of a Siamese or just the attitude? Either way, I'm sure she was a cutie because all cats are- even the naked/bald ones :P

For the longest time it was me and them against the world XD I was never much of an animal fan (Fish lover at heart) Garfield just fit my style though, he wanted attention one sec and then the next one he'd want nothing to do with anyone. He lived for about 17 years give or take some and I just couldn't find it in myself to replace them afterwards. He was a good kitty

Happy to now live only 8hrs away instead of literally on opposite ends of the country! Glad to see pet rock has a “rock solid” lead, I’d expect nothing less from the Ali cats! I think I mighta told you about my kitten Kenya I raised when I was a kid. She was separated from her mother cause of a tornado and I ended up her caretaker. I bottle fed her and everything, taught her how to eat solid food, use a litter box, the whole nine. She was my baby for sure. I’d bet she had a bit of Siamese in her, you could see it in her big ol ears. She had the Siamese attitude too. Kind of an asshole to everyone else but with me she was such a sweetheart and super clingy. Then again I was dad to her so that probably helped haha

2024-01-04 23:40:30 +0000 UTCWhen I was a little kid we had a Doberman named Apollo that I called "A pillow" and used him as such lol also had a kuvasz for a little while lol along with a chihuahua puppy lol And they do! I think around 15 years or so on average for the smaller dogs, also very easy to travel with which is why I like small dogs lol besides, I live in an apartment, wouldn't want to have a larger dog in one lol And I think Gizmo is mixed with a rat terrier due to size, since he's about 15-20lbs and dwarfs other chihuahuas, his fur style, coloration, and a super high prey drive And awesome! I can't wait for the discord! Gizmo's photo might be the first thing I post so there better be a pets channel! Lol Ooooh, that's different!

2024-01-04 22:58:42 +0000 UTCYup, everything went as well as it could have! She just ended up with an infection and has to take some medicine. I love hairless cats but I don't think I would ever own one. At least not while living alone, if a roommate or something had one I would still love it. They need a little bit more care than normal cats which is slightly annoying for someone lazy like me lol. But the main reason is that I just love black cats! I just want to always be around those little void fellas. The puppy is indeed very cute! She is also very soft and loves to hang around people if she hasn't seen them all day.

I always told myself if I got one of those cats I'd name him Smeagol lol. As for the puppy biting socks, it sounds like she's teething haha! I'm sure she's very cute even with trying to steal your toes lol xD

The ambience thing I considered but I have something different in mind- but the googly eyes!! DAMMIT, HOW THE HELL?! Am I really that obvious to you? I don't know whether to be surprised or happy now ; A ; Ok, that aside now. I completely get you on the house feeling empty. Even though my Siamese passed away two years ago now I still get pretty upset sometimes. My apartment just felt so quiet and I hated it. It was weird not having a furball watch me while I showered lol. I'm sure Caesar lived a great life with you though so always remember the good times :)

I had a friend in high school who had two and what you described about her stealing your keys sounds about right. Your dogs sound adorable too and I also loved all the names you gave your pets! ^_^

Now whether or not you can keep up with their hyper ass is a different story lol. I've heard fennec foxes are kinda like ferrets too, always getting into stuff and being sneaky. As for Rocco's name, have you ever seen the movie The Boondock Saints? There's an Italian guy in there named Rocco and there is a "funny" cat scene lol. My sense of humor is terrible and even though what he did was an accident I couldn't help myself. I also liked when I called his name a lot of people thought I had some big ass dog when he was just a cat xD If you ever get a cat and you want one that's cuddly and needy I recommend a Siamese, they are basically just a dog in a cat body lol. I wasn't familiar with your dog's breed and omg, the pictures of them are so cute!! I love their little bang haircut haha! If you ever take some pictures of him I'd love to see him :D

2024-01-04 08:14:52 +0000 UTCI have two Jack Chi's (older than time itself) twins, boy and girl with the names Mikey and Tinker Bell (we just call her Tink). I also have a seven year old Rottie, her name is Lucky. And the last knucklehead is a young Blue Nosed Staffy Pit named Bruno. Acts like a freakin' toddler but is an absolute sweetheart! My family has owned them and still do, since they were pups. I love them all to death and there are times where they make me feel like death 😅, especially the pitbull.... in the presence of food. He would try and puppy dog eye you to get you to give him a piece even after he's been fed. An absolute glutton but honestly it's adorable and also annoying 😅 but i love them all the same. I used to have a german dachshund named Charlie. Fortunately, he's at peace, dog managed to live past 12 and was having mobility issues. I'm getting emotional typing this...... ima stop

2024-01-04 08:07:09 +0000 UTCAww, Gizmo sounds so cute! :) I've only ever owned medium or large dogs (my Dad breed Boxers so I'm used to that size). However, small dogs are very cute. I've heard they tend to live very long lives too so that's a plus! Do you know what he's mixed with? As for the picture- I'm in the process of making a discord for my patrons! I know a lot of times we all talk about stuff that I think would be better suited for a place like that for sure. At least then we can share pictures and stuff with one another. Hopefully I can get it up and running in the next month or two :D As for the mage, you all are living in a fantasy world and she came from this one! :P

I'll post a picture of him sometime this week or next ^_^ If I ever did a character like him they would have to not only be needy as all hell but an absolute glutton lol. I swear that cat would eat anything- if I left my food unattended, he would eat it every time. I owned dogs when I was younger but not for a good while now. I do like them though, doggos are good too! Are yours a certain breed or a mix? :) Also, I hope it's letting you vote now- sometimes Patreon has weird glitches I've noticed.

I've heard it's mainly from tanks being too small, etc. but I'm not entirely sure. Sounds like you may have had a super fish- or a mutant fish? Perhaps he was part of the x fish men? lol. Either way, you had a strong boy and that's awesome! Did you have a name for him?

She was the runt so I found it to be fitting. I mean, all cats are cute but ragdolls are up there for me along with Siamese ^_^ I for one am extremely excited for my pet rock roleplay- I hope it stays in the lead xD

2024-01-04 07:47:15 +0000 UTCUnfortunately I do not have a cat at the moment, but I definitely would like to have another one at some point- they are by far the best pet! ^_^ My late Siamese was kinda like having 2 in 1 though. While he was a cat he very much had habits of a dog (talkative, eating anything, and very cuddly) lol. I've never had a birb but always wanted one. Aside from cats birbs are my favorite animal! I'm also glad you enjoy my cat audios, I will admit doing nyas and meows are pretty fun :P

2024-01-04 07:42:12 +0000 UTCI currently have 2 dogs and a cat, although the 2 dogs are my parents. My cat is a little black cat with a white dot of fur below her neck. She is a bit old but still very cuddly. However she got a bit sick on NYE which was a bit scary but has since been doing a lot better (still getting a vet appointment tomorrow tho). The 2 dogs I play with when I can but most of the time they are hanging out with my parents. One of them is still a puppy and is very hyper-active. She also likes to bite socks, whether they are on someone or not lol.

They're both pretty lovable but Carmello, the white one, is a little bratty and if you sit down he'll climb on you and try to lick you ears and face. Enzo, the black one, is like a perfect dog archetype. Loves playing fetch and loves sitting down near you. Sophie, my ferret, she's a stinky little brat. She likes to sleep in my dirty clothes and loves stealing my keys lol.

I'm actually planning to get a pup soonish. I had a dog for a long time, he was a black german shepard named Caesar. He was really smart and he loved inside as much as he did outside. He'd almost always sleep on his back which was odd but funny. No matter how old he got his little ears were always as fluffy as when he was a puppy. I loved him and it was very difficult after he passed away, the house just feels so empty.

As for the question, just one doggo for me! His name is Gizmo, and he's a chihuahua mix, but he does not have a chihuahua personality, he is possibly one of the friendliest and calmest dogs I've ever seen! And he's my little travel and camping buddy! I wish there was a way I could post a picture in the comments so I could show off my favorite picture of him when I was camping on the beach itself on an island back in June! No idea how old he is since he's a rescue, but I've had him for almost 6 years now. He's such a smart little pupper, with quite the personality too haha if I tell him that we'll do something on a specific date or time, he will hold me to that, or he'll get fussy! Not to mention he definitely knows what Christmas is since on Christmas morning, he slept in a little bit, but when he woke up, he went right to me to greet me without even looking at me, and then turned around and immediately went to the tree for his presents! Lol Never had cats, but I almost took in a black cat that was hanging around my apartment since she was really friendly towards both myself and Gizmo at first and she was definitely a stray

Your Rocco buddy seemed like an absolute joy to be around! I wish I had a cat, i have dogs and i love them but i always wanted to experience in owning a cat. I have 4 dogs.... two of which who are way past their expiration but bless their soul for still kicking, and the other two relatively young and old. One is six and the other is one. But lowkey, impersonating your pet would be quite unique and very intriguing!

One time when my mum was dropping me and the brother off at school and my dad was out, it had jumped out of the tank (It was about a 6 foot drop), and managed to get behind the fridge. My dad got home before my mum, and when my mum returned, he mentioned how the fish was gone. They thought he'd jumped and died somewhere, but then they saw a bit of fluff just flapping about, and lo and behold, the bloody thing was still kicking. I never learnt of this story until after his death though (Mind you I didn't even have the fish when it died, my mum had asked a friend to look after it whilst we went on holiday, and for 6 months didn't ask for it back even though I begged, and the day she asked for it back she learnt it died the night before :'(). Also, he wasn't exactly the cutest of things, I mean he was a goldfish, but he's still got a place in my heart.

To answer the question, I've had a dog for a long time when I was young, even had some birbs too(sadly their is only one left though because of some weird mistakes:P). There are two pets I really do want which is a blue dragon(lizard I think), and a cat, but mainly a cat. They are just so adorable, and I want it to hopefully be a Spooning Buddy in bed just so I can cuddle up close to it. That's probably why I enjoy the Cat(or Neko technically, but it doesn't change a thing) audio roleplays you do Alichu. :)
