So this was originally a whole week, late, which I was quite upset about, but I'm also somewhat pleased with it. As I was writing it, it kept getting longer and longer (the whole thing is 23,000 words) and I realized at some point it would need to be split in two. Rather than just breaking the other half off at that point though I kept working on it because I didn't quite like the direction it was going and I wanted to modify it while I had the liberty to still change this half as well.

The result was that this took several extra days to write and edit, but now I am happy to say that I have an entire update basically ready to go! If I'm very very good, I can leverage this into finally being ahead again!
