Awkward lesbian Mary has accidentally turned everyone, men and women alike, into her horniest fantasies! It should be heaven, but there's a problem - she completely freezes up around pretty girls! Now she's got to find a way to turn things back before she becomes a prison of her own libido, but will she really be able to make that call?

I think somehow this is the first lesbian one I've ever done! This whole idea started with the notion of a girl having to convince her obliviously bimbofied friends that they used to be guys and the whole thing sort of bloomed from there! 

It's funny, as soon as I said I'd have Doctors Orders 2 done for this update, I realized (several drafts in) that it's going a few structural issues and I'm going to need to do some major revisions to do it justice.  It's a curse!

So while I gave that a chance to breathe, I sat down and got to work on this. It was supposed to be half it's final length, but once I dug into it I realized it deserved more space to breathe and it grew and grew.

Long story short, the next update is /probably/ going to be DO2. It's already 5k words in, but if I can't wrestle into submission it may be something else! We will as always, see where the muses take me.

On a more personal note, as of this posting, I am in the middle of a little holiday, enjoying the sights in sunny London England! If it helps, please imagine I'm leaving a trail of swapped-up chaos wherever I go, haha. If all goes well this should be a seamless update using patreon's automatic systems --  I hope wherever you are, you're having a fun time as well! I hope to return relaxed with lots of slutty fresh ideas.
