The Device: Media Bias - Early Access

I'm glad I took the extra time to go back and polish this one because, while it's still far from perfect, the difference in quality between what I had originally and what I have now is night and day. 

As a creator, you learn that the perfect is the enemy of the good.  You learn to be happy with 'good enough' because if you spend months polishing every sentence it'll never get done.  The lesson here is that you should never use that as an excuse to settle. 

But enough of that, let's get to the meat shall we?

In today's offering - the winner of our second story poll -  Kaitlin gets ahold of an amped-up version of the swapping device which can affect  objects and make retroactive changes through recordings. Large scale, big-concept swaps follow as she tries to redefine society to her own  tastes and whims.  

This one took a few surprising turns as I was writing it. After so many chapters of GFwTD it was interesting to be giving the device to a character who isn't afraid to use it for petty purposes or to go whole-hog with it. I had hoped to get more fanservice in, but sadly it kept throwing off the pacing, If you ever want to see the deleted "dog/girl" swap or "fratboy/statue" swap, pm me in the discord and I'll pass it your way.
