Ah, thank you! I'm completely humbled that you'd marathon my stuff, haha. It's gotten so long! Though I'm really slow to reply to comments sometimes, I've actually been stewing over what you said as I've been writing the next chapter and the few chapters beyond. I've done some major restructuring as a result to help make the big arc-climax in 11 more cathartic, and I've been making a more active effort to keep cognizant of the tension levels going forward. So thank you very much for your comment because I think it's resulted in me gaining a better awareness of the narrative and the story going forward looks much better because of it. With that in mind, I do agree that our heroes are starting to get a little rough around the edges. The narrative as a whole is getting to the point where our protagonists are fast approaching their darkest hour. Things are going to get a little dramatic, but I hope you have enough trust in me as an author to know that there's a light at the end of that tunnel, and that it'll be all the sweeter for the darkness. Thanks again!

Great job again and I like a lot the path it's taking, even more your creativity about the ways to use the device. Keep going, I'll be waiting for the next chapter! By the way would be really interesting if you transform the protagonist into a transgender person, changing a male body hormones into female hormones and giving him some implants and so, since you gave him gender disphory and make him gay, this would turn a nice topic to change the classic become female storie

2018-06-30 17:01:22 +0000 UTCI pledged so that I would be able to read this chapter after marathoning all of the previous ones in the last day. I like a lot of things about this story, and I've enjoyed most of it up until now. That being said, I'm feeling like you might be drawing out the tension a little too much at this point, and I really hope we can get some kind of catharsis relatively soon, like how you resolved the conflict with changing Evan's body language. We're edging close to, if not totally past the point of, the complete identity death of both of our protagonists, and in my opinion it's quickly turning the story from being mostly comedic to downright horrifying when you start to consider the ramifications of everything Elizabeth is and has been doing without the protagonists' consent.

Its had a great effect than initially lets on, but we'll see more of that in the chapters to come. Oh my god, you're completely right! I'm so glad you caught that! That's a mistake on my part, which I've now fixed. Haha, in all the commotion I'd completely forgotten where Evan's pecs had ended up so I was rushing through the part where he gets swapped and I ended up locking on the wrong target. Thank you so much for pointing it out.

This opens so many possibilities for manipulation in future stories. I do have one question that I’m wondering about at the end of chapter 9. Evan looks for his manly chest and sees it on the lawyer formerly known as candy. Later he sees it on the Chinese stripper. Did I miss a swap somewhere? Is Elisabeth planning something here that Evan is unaware of? Can’t wait for the next chapter.
