This scene occurs if you go down the Bakery, and Matt's route, which this then occurs during the conflict between the two routes.

Going further into the Bakery will be a while since at the moment it is currently the most complete route at the moment. This is primarily since the Bakery is heavily linear compared to the other routes that have some form of branching in them.
