I've decided to test more honest format of Raffle where everyone have a chance to win based on tier of subscription [Good Boy and above] .
1. People even don't need to do anything to join raffle. i'll paste list of current subsribers to wheel and spin in. Winner will be contacted for participation in fanart creation.
2. Weight of the winner will be based on tier of subscription: Good boy - 1, Lucky Pup - 4, etc.
3. Winner will text me 2-3 fanart ideas that will include character, setting, and other details. i'll choose one idea to continue. If winner will not answer me in 3 days i'll respin wheel.

That's all. FIrst Patreon Fanart Wheel will be september 22 .

i'll see how this format works. if people will like this i'll do this format of raffle every 1-2 weeks.
