One more mushy song before the filth mk? mk.

[Feeling a little shy after the last drop so using the parenthetical protectors to communicate]

[sleep aid audio - I am prioritizing that one next - seems like the earliest of the early ideas that has yet to materialize]

[I think each gift unboxing {I still can't believe that whole situation} will come with a story so I'll do another one of those anon - diversify the material, yadda yadda - I can only do so many unstructured/unedited audios at a time or I will combust]

[second mic is on the way]

[got myself my two favorite bottles of whiskey today]

[thank you for being so kind and so feral it's very fun just need a tiny bit longer to recharge]

[the logo is done so merch is one step closer - using a local nurse]

[should probably get some sequels on Quinn for April, yeah? I think so]

[did it feel good when I came in you? I thought it felt fucking incredible. I think I want to warm the walls of your insides again sometime. Does that sound good to you? I bet you fucking like thinking about it]

[ahh... there we go]

puts on white coat

Feeling better already.

I had a dream about you
I walked down the streets of Venice,
when I heard your laugh,
and I knew—it was you. I turned,
and saw you with your wife.
The golden reflection of the sea
dancing on your faces.
 I passed you,
your scent lingering in the air,
a blend of wood and whiskey,
it made my knees weak,
and I thought I might faint. I turned back,
 watching you walk away.
Your wife gazing at the buildings,
lost in the beauty of the city.

The square alive with market cries,
 fishmongers calling out their wares,
 gondoliers singing through the canals,
seagulls squawking above,
wings slicing through the sky. but everything stoped when you turned -
you looked into my eyes
I lost my breath for a second
I mouthed "hey doc" and gave you a smile.
Nothing more. But inside,
I broke. I turned and walked away,
feeling the crack in my chest widen.
I wasn’t waiting for your reaction—
just for the ache to pass.
I drowned it in the Canal Grande,
where the water swallowed my heart whole. (26. February 2025 Padova)

I love when the shy, nervous doctor warms up and gets a little brazen toward the end. Might be the edible, whiskey combo but I’m very much into it.

Listening to the song and reading thinking, aww what a sweet post. Then boom, 180 tone shift. Love it! Looking forward to the sleep aid. This anxious girl has been going through it and sleeping like shit.

I love this. One thing I’ve had to work really hard on in my ED/trauma recovery is learning how to live inside my body and my mind/imagination at the same time. It’s typically been one or the other for me. I tried every kind of meditation and mindfulness technique under the sun and it was all so impossible, but I finally discovered that music could do that for me—that I can experience music in my mind and my body at the same time and that I can observe how my body reacts with curiosity rather than judgment or fear. The way you described all those sensations is so relatable and lovely and my somatic therapist would give you the biggest gold star.

You should make a Spotify playlist with songs that you prescribe. They can be anonymous on Spotify {I think}, I don’t think Apple Music allows that same anonymity. I think their playlists have to be tied to your Apple account. Tbh, not sure…I mainly use Apple. I think your patients would be compliant with these instructions, which would help your office maintain it’s accreditation. Those accreditation entities love high patient satisfaction ratings when they come a’auditing... and doc, your patients are the highest. 🥼🩺

This was beautiful btw. The first time I listened, I actually had to stop and start it a few times because of my physical reaction to it. Unfortunately I’m becoming more and more familiar with this response to the things that really, really make me feel. It starts with a lump at the bottom of my throat and travels to my chest where it burns. The burn is similar to how it feels when you take a shot but not as intense, it’s like a wisp of that burn. The burn lingers for about 10 seconds and then the feeling travels down until it becomes a pit in my stomach. Almost immediately I feel my eyes get warm, but no tears yet. Those take a few seconds to start. Then I decide if I’m gonna shove the feeling back down or ugly cry. Yesterday and today my body chose the second option. When I say ugly cry, I mean hideous. It felt really good. The bridge - I love bridges like that, those that greatly intensify your emotions {any emotion- happy, sad, etc.}. Music is basically how our feelings sound. Music is medicinal, dear doc. Thank you for sharing. Seems like it may not have been an easy thing to do, but I’m really glad you did.

I woke up with a migraine trying to make itself known and just not generally in a good place. So seeing your adorable and slightly menacing note with such soothing, beautiful music to pair with it? Bliss. Take time for you Dr, I know we're an impatient feral bunch, but we know you need to be rested and in a good place to continue the amazing content you give us. I'm SO excited for a sleep aid ❤️

Between this song and the one from Evelyn Evelyn, I need a full run-down on where you’re finding these bands.
