i started supporting again once i saw the uploads being consistent (well at least to the fourth daily upload, at that point it was clear you were committed), glad you're okay and have managed to get back into the swing of things, honestly the rapid uploads were a much better return than the generic apology video followed by another content drought most creators do.

Thanks for the update. I committed to this tier for a one-year period last time around (even though you were on a hiatus for some of it I still think it was more than worth it for your past work - so don't feel guilty!). Times are a little more uncertain nowadays, but I'll try to commit to 6 months at my current tier. Regarding content, to quote another famous SEGA character: "Never give up. Trust your instincts."

I originally genuinely did not intend to make a Sonic 3 Bonus video, if you had asked me in 2017 I would have told you no, unlike Sonic 2 there's not a huge wealth of interesting betas to explore, however something actually changed during my absence: a really cool Sonic 3 Beta was discovered, and even though I'm definitely pretty late to the party I think I will cover it in a Sonic 3 Bonus Video.

Dont get me wrong, it's actually extremely important for 99% of Youtubers to look professional because it's their livelyhood and the algorithm sees this. I enjoy plenty of Youtubers with professional set ups, LGR, Game Chasers, Digital Foundry etc. But as Youtube moves on, I fear we will lose the more homegrown heros. I mean look at Garf Gab. A series of videos that reviews every Garfield episode. You will never see that on TV and thats the beauty of YT. But Google doesn't care. Google wants Make up tutorials and documentaries about Paris Hilton. A woman who has already had like 3 shows about her already. Fuck off.

Hey! Just a few things I want to say. Number 1: Please continue doing things such as sitting on the floor, filming the CRT television, not using the best lighting etc. I'm 30, and I've watched a LOT of youtube and my biggest gripe about it, is how over the years it's become professional to the point of it being mundane. When I see a youtube comment that says "Wow this could be on TV!"; most of the time I think "I fucking hate TV. I don't watch youtube to watch super attractive people get paid by corporations to spew a message". I remember when The Cinema Snob reviewed movies, sitting on the floor at his grandparents basement in 360p. Beautiful times. So seeing your recent video where you are sitting in normal light, on the floor next to a flickering TV was wonderful. One of my alltime favorite movies is American Movie and YT used to be like that, down to Earth, naturally funny. Now everything tries its best to rip of Tim and Eric. Don't get me wrong, I love Tim and Eric but most people are not Tim and Eric. Sorry this is a rant, but it was just nice to discover a Youtuber who reminded me of the days when Spoony was doing FMV reviews which were hilarious and not slowly turning into the NC. Also you commented on Ross's Game Dungeon. I don't know if you watch this channel or not, but hes my favourite youtuber BY FAR. His videos have this wonderful story like quality, where it feels like a friend runs into your room at 2am and tells you about how a homelessman just tried to start a satanic ritual in the middle of the Cosco.

I appreciate the kind words. I was in a somewhat unique situation, one that almost every creative type dreams of, in that I really had no deadline. There was no due date on these videos and no one was expecting them, so I figured I might as well take the time to make sure they're actually good before posting them.

I have but then I would feel a crushing weight to make sure every video is "worth" charging patrons over, and that really would stifle me. Sometimes I want to make a shorter, shitpostier type video and I don't want to feel guilty charging people for it.
