781 Brilshire (D&D 5e + Shadowdark)

They soon learn that many small settlements south of this city have been leveled by gnoll raiding parties. Worst still is the fact that gnolls are infiltrating Brilshire and wreaking havoc within the walls. The characters must find out how the gnolls are gaining access to the city.
The characters' investigation leads them across the city where they can meet many NPCs and collect clues as to who is complicit with the hyena-folk. When the characters speak with the ruler, Lady Elara Windrider, she shares her suspicion of a nobleman. He would benefit the most from her fall of grace. Can the characters see through the councilor's deceptive actions?
