What could be the name for this dungeon?

Ideas for its contents, denizens, and a reason to come here are welcome too!

That reverse-dungeon idea is awesome! And the encounters that challenge the core abilities are great!

Escape to the Barrio. It is a reverse-dungeon, the party starts with the treasure, and now have to escape. Each "room" is a neighborhood in a city. The party is trying to escape the law. 1) is a Bastile-like fortress, a combat encounter to get past the gates before they close. 2) is a bazaar, with lots of Dex/stealth challenges. 3-6) are skill encounters that can get the party past 7). 3) is a CHA encounter, a courtesan who can smuggle you out. 4) is a minor noble who can be intimidated (STR) or blackmailed (INT) into helping the party. 5) is a athletics or acrobatic challenge, climbing or swinging across the river. Or a CON challenge, swimming the sewers. 6) is cleric or scholar who can walk you across the bridge, if they can be persuaded of the party's rightiousness (INT or CHA) 7) is a combat encounter, the noble district's gates. 8) encounters on the noble district's wall, relevant to the method the party used to escape. 9) is an artisan district, with more guards but who might not know the PCs are fugitives if they have been quick (IE, not taken rests); 10) is a safehouse in the slums. I know this is not the suggestion asked for. I got carried away, and continued because i think i'll use it in one of my games.

I see it as a Castle Crypt and/or Dragon's Lair... 9 is a raised area above the floor (aka 10) where the Lord/King/etc can greet the beast, maybe it is trapped. Area 10 in covered in the dragon's treasure, which could be gold, gems, statues or cuddly toys depending on the dragon, and also be where the creature sleeps. Areas 8 could be where the castle's master keeps their stuff or could be extra gallerys for the artwork loving beast. The lower numbered room could host a trapped puzzle to open the vault door, and if the passage was secret at both end it could be the way that the Lord, and the Dragon, go in and out... There could be a deal between them to gather and protect the treasures, and the dragon spends it days in the castle above as a high ranked staff member... Looting the crypt during the night means the party would have less guards to worry about but would come face to face with a dragon... attempting it during the day, more guards, empty crypt, but the chance that the dragon (in humanoid form) could come up behind them (but the party need not know that).
