629 The Cost of a Life

The daughter of Lord Alastor Bouldings, a daring would-be adventurer, refuses to stay at home and partake in the high-class court outings. Instead, she likes to delve into ancient tombs and perilous dungeons. The daredevil explorer, Anna, has left home to explore a renowned elvish tomb on her own. Her father wants her back.
When the characters explore the dilapidated, elvish compound, they become first-hand witnesses of the reputation of the old construction. It is plagued with dangerous traps and mighty guardians. They find evidence of Anna's presence in the tomb. however, despite her daring attitude, it is not apparent whether she is capable enough to survive the threatening conditions within. The characters must hurry to track down the runaway child and escort her out.
This adventure takes the heroes to an ancient elvish dungeon, confronts them with perilous guardians in the tomb, and introduces an interesting character that may become a recurring NPC in the adventures to come.
