A Starter Town for Your Next Game

If you are about to start a new game, you are a beginner DM, or just looking for inspiration for tier 1 adventures, you're gonna like this!
This is a starter town, the Village of Panshaw. It is a small settlement which subsists primarily from farming and raising cattle. We've included a detailed description of the town, some key areas, interesting NPCs, and one low-level quest from each of the NPCs. The short adventures vary in complexity and seriousness. All in all, it is a small town full of life and appealing NPCs. All you need to populate your homeworld with a town perfect to start a cool adventure.
