357 The Hollow Sequoia

This is the Hollow Sequoia! A lively inn-tavern built inside a hollowed-out sequoia deep inside wood elves territory, within a large forest. The owner Alwin is a divisive figure among the locals because of his daring make a business from the dead sequoia. The massive trees are revered in some elven circles as bastions of life and magic. Some believe that using the decaying tree as a business tarnishes its place in the world and disrespects its life. Others, more modern in their thinking, believe that the business honors the tree's life as it continues to help living beings in the forest. This diference is sure to bring some people to the fence to defend either point of view. Let's just hope there are some strong adventurers around to soften things around if people get too heated up.
This map is available in the usual formats. Be sure to read the adventure included in PDF format too. It goes into detailed descriptions of the place and a few NPCs features in some social and combat encounters.
