Sketches 27: April Diary

April! Full circle! April 27th 2021 was when I started, and on April 26th 2022 I drew the last page. (I added the very fist one for comparison, but you can see the rest of April lumped in with the May pages.)
Well ... that last month (and honestly ever since) I'm really obsessed with two old characters of mine. I've talked about them before and I honestly wanna talk and show them a lot more over on my socials, but I fear nobody will like them, because they aren't cute chubby furs.
Up to April 14th:
So, it's mostly Kevin Woyzeck. I've had him since 2013 and it was kinda time to redesign him a bit, he's growing older with me, he likes to mix up his style! That's just how things are. In his early twenties he dressed very cheap and unremarkable, pretty standard for a guy in Germany tbh. He didn't have a style, he didn't really know who he was.
He always liked dressing like an onion with many layers, to obstruct his body and also to keep warm. But he never really cared enough to make something out of himself? And he's slowly growing into that.
And since then, during the corona years, he had let his hair grow out and dyed it, tried different colors and hairstyles. Now I invision him with a mullet or a mohawk or something in between. Plus, over the years (way before Corona, ever since he was like ... 15, 16?) he has acquiered a number of tattoos and I only notice now that I haven't included the most recent and important one 😭 On Page 6 you can see the rough shape of his chest piece that REALLY kicks ass and is by far his favorite. He even shows his chest now from time to time, which he simply couldn't before.
And now he just wears what he wants and that is somewhat close to Berlin streetstyle, google it if you wanna know what I mean 😂 Colorful, exciting, lots of big coats.

April 16 unward:
My felines, you know them by now! The last few days the fun was coming back and I was playing around with colors again, it was so good. :^) I especially like Prince on 16, he's smiling so cute. And 19/20 Jameel in underwear, but that will always and forever be one of my fave things to draw hahaha
