* Your payment was processed and you didn't receive yours, or
* You can't log in after registering your coupon, or didn't receive confirmation
* Your payment was declined or fraudulent and you want to try an alternative method of payment
Also just a reminder if you signed up after the 1st of November you'll receive your code on the 3rd of December!
