ちょっと雑談

Instagramのストーリーにも投稿しましたが、先月ちょっとした手術をしてきました🏥

数分で終わる手術でしたが、全身麻酔での手術が記憶にある中だと初めてだったのでガクブルでした😣

手術前は薬の影響で体もメンタルもしんどくなってしまいました😞

でも好きな投稿者さんのASMRを聴くとすっごく癒されて気分転換できたので、ASMR投稿者として自分も誰かの癒しになれていればいいなぁと改めて思いました😊

ASMRの力は凄いですね🎵

今後、体調不良で投稿が難しくなりそうな場合は早めに報告したいと思っています！

最近昼は暑くて朝晩は寒くてなんだか変な天気ですよね😐

体調を崩さないようにお気をつけくださいね🍵

昨日、久しぶりに撮影をしました！

A little chat

As I posted on my Instagram story, I had a small surgery last month 🏥.

It was a surgery that only took a few minutes, but I was scared because it was the first time in my memory that I had a surgery under general anesthesia 😣.

Before the surgery, my body and mental health were so hard because of the medication 😞.

But listening to ASMR by my favorite contributors was very soothing and made me feel better, so I thought again that as an ASMR contributor, I hope I can be a healing force for someone 😊.

The power of ASMR is amazing 🎵.

I would like to report as soon as possible if it is going to be difficult for me to post in the future due to my health condition!

The weather has been kind of weird lately, hot in the daytime and cold in the morning and evening 😐.

Please take care not to get sick 🍵.
