That is FASCINATING, and if more stuff like that were included more overtly, I think this kind of thing would taste less sour.

Neurodivergent people are magic, because they are weird. The etymology here is the key - weird meaning "being able to control fate", as in: instead of doing the "normal" thing as is the fate of most "normal" people, ND people act different, so they clearly took control over their own fate and can even impact the fate of those around them by opening their minds to new possibilities. This is one of the reasons why in the "pagan" folklore weird people can be mentors/druids/shamans/wise elders as often as evil witches, while in more Christian-oriented worldview they tend to be demonized because they could "interfere with God's plan". And yes, I was waiting a long time to use that piece of trivia.

Good graphics in terms of visual fidelity. However for me that doesn’t work if your environments are rather dull, and oh boy is that the case here. Its pretty much just rocks, meaning for all the pixels it isn’t very interesting to look at.

Loved the review. Extremely disappointing to hear they obliterated the interesting parts of the game for the sake of visuals (which by all means should and likely do win awards).

"You know that game where we really went out of our way to make the strange, supernatural parts incredibly vague to the point of being possible metaphors and we tried to be respectful about it? Well what if there were MONSTERS AND GIANTS AND NEURODIVERGENT PEOPLE WERE MAGIIIIIIIC!?" Brilliant sequel.

Lazy ramble over the credits? I'll still take it :p

Tunbridge Wells joke threw me through a loop, living not to far from the place.

I really enjoyed this review. It gave me a good idea of what the game feels like, why it didn't appeal to Yahtzee, and was amusing. Which is tricky to do in 6 minutes!
