This week's episode of Fully Ramblomatic is now available!
That worked. Thanks! I still want to play around with it and see if I can narrow it down to just the series I'm most interested in, but thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Trying plugging in https://www.youtube.com/@SecondWindGroup into your reader. They publish an Atom feed on it, but I am not sure how well YouTube has maintained it.

Is there an RSS feed for these videos, that I can just plug into my newsfeed reader?

I wish Atlus would commit to making Royal (and by extension Akechi and Sumi's characterization therein) a canon they were willing to continue from. I liked Tactica in terms of gameplay, I'm a sucker for a tactical RPG, but I hate how much of a nothingburger it feels like in terms of characterization for the Phantom Thieves. Paint Your Heart feints at that but doesn't actually do anything with it, and the story is entirely about the side character.

Wouldn't P5 Arena be even more uninspired considering that there has already been two Persona Arena games?

I suspect that the bit with the dog was some of the additional art? Looked great. Either way one of the better looking reviews I've seen. Love the use of color lately.

So, I liked the gameplay of Strikers better, but the characterizations of the Thieves and music were WAY better in Tactica (I think at one point I muted the music in Strikers cuz it was so bland and repetitive) But Tactica definitely felt too simple of a premise, and I definitely missed the life sim parts. I will say though, the Paint Your Heart DLC with Akechi and Yoshizawa was way too short but was so good. But I'm a sucker for anything with paint mechanics.

My hot take is that the persona team wants to make other things to keep their team fresh and creative.

With the number of P5 spinoffs they’ve produced while saying nothing about P6, I’m starting to wonder if Atlas is scared of the P5 hype if P6 can’t live up to it. They could, at the very least, give us P5 Arena instead of uninspired titles like P5 Tactica if they want to draw P5’s lifespan out even longer.
