Standard 3 months or more. Gold, Platinum 2 months or more continuous benefits. Distributed around the 30th.
(Standard 3ヶ月以上。Gold,Platinum 2ヶ月以上の継続特典。30日頃配布。)
It is not cumulative, but continuous. If it is cumulative, it can be cheated as much as you want, so those who cancel will be treated as one month and will not be eligible for the program.
